I currently lash at a beauty wellness center called Myokorpö, located in Laval.

I ask for a credit card or debit/credit card upon scheduling to secure your time slot with a deposit & to make sure you are serious about your appointment. Be reassured that I do not see your credit card information, it only charges you the deposit but I do not have access to the details on it.
For refills a credit card is also requested to keep on file just in case cancellation or no-show fees need to be charged.

Must be paid in full right after your service is completed, before leaving.
Any method of payment you choose will be charged the QST/GST taxes as well.

The short answer is : yes. But this is only if they aren’t applied properly. When lash extensions are applied adequately, you could get lash extensions applied for years & years & there would be no damage caused.
Good news : with me you will always be in good hands & I will always have the integrity and health of your lashes at heart.

You must come with clean lashes prior to getting your service done. Please do not wear makeup & also avoid applying any creams around your eyes. Avoid drinking any caffeine based drinks. Come alone to your alone, this means no kids, babies, friends, partners, family members or pets allowed. During the appointment, talking is allowed but make sure you stay still and do not move your body. Make sure you put your phone on mute & take this time to relax!
This applies for lash & brow services.

A full set takes about 2 hours to be completed. However, I book 2h30 to make sure we have plenty of time.
Refills take about 1h to 1h30.

Refills must be done every 2-3 weeks. Anything above 3 weeks could possibly be considered a full set or have extra fees on top of the regular refill price. Why? Your natural lashes grow every day little by little & shed to give place to a new lash to grow. Meanwhile, your extensions sit on top on your natural lash & grows with it, meaning that after 2-3 weeks that extensions looks grown out and uneven and has to come off. Also, if those grown outs aren’t removed they will add weight on your natural lashes, resulting in damage. During your refill appointment, I will remove the extensions that have grown out, glue new ones & also apply new extensions where the old ones have already fallen off by themselves.
If you come to your appointment will less then 40% of your extensions left extra fees can apply

Lash lifts & brow laminations take about 1hr each.
Lash extensions removal takes about 20-30 mins.

You have to wait at least 4-5 weeks in between each lash lift or brow lift service. Coming before that can over process your lashes or brow hairs & cause damage.

For lash extensions, avoid getting your lashes wet or exposed to steam for the 24hrs following your appointment. You must cleanse your lashes daily with a lash shampoo and brush! These are available for sale at the studio. Doing this will prevent any irritations & infections on your eyes & will also keep your extensions looking beautiful. Avoid :
-any oil-based products around your eyes
-no mascara
-no waterproof eyeliner
-do not touch your lashes
- try to avoid sleeping face straight in your pillow
-do not brush your lashes when wet
-must come for a refill every 2-3 weeks. Less then 40% of extensions remaining will cause extra fees to be charged.
For lash lifts & brow laminations there is now maintenance to be followed at home. Just make sure to not wet your lashes or brows for 24 hours after your appointment.

Yes I can of course take you in as a client BUT!
Please message me first prior to booking. I will ask to send the other lash artist social media pages so I can take a look at their work, techniques & products they work it. I will also ask that you send a picture of your lashes. Please keep in mind that in the case that I do accept you, the final result will not reflect my work 100%, since you will have the work of 2 difference lash artist on your eyes. Extra fees might apply depending on the condition of your lashes. I reserve myself the right to refuse doing your refill if ever it absolutely needs a removal and a new set.

If you are new to lash extensions & you happen to be allergic, usually allergic reactions develop in the 24 hours following your appointment. Please let me know as soon as you notice anything that worries you. If a removal is necessary, I will do it free of charge. After the 24 hours grace period , but if you do not tell me then my work is no longer under warranty & I will charge for the removal.
Although this happens very rarely, If your extensions start falling off fast within the first 1 to 3 days after your appointment, please let me know right away, I will offer a quick touch up free of charge. After that grace period I will refill them & there will be a charge.
No refunds on any services. No exceptions.
